Rock
If rock was a cocktail, the ingredients would be: anarchy, disorder but also love and integrity. Anarchy and disorder because it is nourished by all pleasures and excesses. Love because Rock is sexy, sensual, carnal. And finally, it is integrity because whatever happens, we keep on going with our past, with our heads high.
Rock is a series of anonymous portraits. If Rock had a face, it would look like all the people I photographed. My portraits are accompanied by texts. I asked my models to write a few words for me about their relationship with Rock. With these words, they appropriate the project, and give it an intimate dimension.
I immersed myself in this world as in a personal quest for freedom.
